Color Range and Color Change
Color Range: Red Oak offers a medium range of color variability from lighter tan tones with pinkish highlights to darker browns.
Color Change: Red Oak undergoes a medium degree of color change over time with a slight ambering of the pinkish tan brown color you get when freshly milled. |

Red Oak may be used both residentially and commercially wherever the classic look of American red oak is desired.
Special Characteristics and Issues
Allergic Reactions: Cases of contact dermatitis have been known to occur. Care should be taken when coming into contact with Red Oak saw dust. |
